Very satisfied with this item. The sound is very loud and clear and customers have no issues on the other end of the line with the quality of the mic.

The headset performed wonderfully at first, especially considering my noisy neighbors—it effectively canceled out their noise, which was the main reason I bought it. However, after the return window closed, issues began to arise. Despite trying different USB ports and even another computer, my clients reported difficulty hearing me.Since I was out of the return window, I contacted the company, hoping they would honor their warranty. Unfortunately, this became a lengthy and cumbersome process. The company requested an extensive amount of technical information, far more than I've ever had to provide for any other product.Given the support I received, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this product.

I really like the interchangeable 3.5 mm jack and with the usb dongle it was exactly what i was looking for. Being sennheiser it is a higher quality brand with good bang for your buck.I am really enjoying the brand and the family of products will buy more for my professional career and personal use.Sound quality and performance are good as can be expected from the brand, the mic quality comes through loud enough with good clarity, it performs well and has an adjustable slide for larger heads(like mine). Overall a solid choice.

This headset works great. The noise cancellation is awesome. Sound is clear and no issues for me. I use it for remote work. So far so good. I chose this brand as I’ve had great experiences with their headphones. It is comfortable but I do wear glasses and after 8 hours of wearing it my ears are a little sore but it’s manageable.
