One end requires a 19mm or 3/4 wrench, and the other end requires a 16mm or 5/8 wrench. 20 ft-lb torque for each (if you can find space for a torque wrench somehow). I'd recommend stubby wrenches, except if the stock hose fittings are really rusty you may require extra leverage to break them free. Lubricate the O-rings with whatever steering fluid you'll be using before you install them on the hose.Part fit my 2006 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3L.

Should be a good replacement. High pressure side was leaking bad. Bought this to replace. Taking the old one off isn’t bad. When installing do the pump side fitting first I made that mistake and ended up loosing the rack side. Just be patient.

2000 GMC sierra , no more leaks ! Good fit hopefully it lasts a while

So far, so good. Fit on my 05 Silverado no problem, even though Amazon said it wouldn't fit. Coming up on a year now with no issues.
