These are regularly used in our church nursery. Great value and meet our classroom cleanliness guidelines. Highly recommend.

They are fairly thin, but don't leak. Because you get so many, you don't feel bad about using more than one if the kid has an accident while changing. We sometimes use 3 when he poops during changing. But, we have yet to have a mess after rolling everything up. Because they are thin, they are easy to carry around and can be used for many other things. We went through 500 in about 3 months.

our diaper change pad is covered with a sheet cover, then a quilted fabric change pad protector, then this dental paper on top. why so many layers? so we don't have to do laundry a bunch of times a week. this dental paper has protected both those layers of fabric so many times from blowouts and surprise pees, i dont know what we would do without them. they are also amazing for diaper changes on-the-go. i just put one of these on the portable diaper change pad and just throw it away when i'm done changing my baby's diaper. the best part is that i bought a box of these when baby was born and she is now 4 months old, but we are not even halfway through the box! they last forever! at this rate, i seriously think the box will last us till her one year birthday. the only thing i would say is that she's been starting to kick and move a lot so she's been shredding the paper up with her legs when she's in an active mood, but at least for now, it is still a great product for our needs.
