This kit is just WONDERFUL !!!! Just follow the instructions, the prep work takes a little time, but makes a big difference. Just three more things to make your experience better. One buy the attachable spray guns handle this make the job so much easier. Two when spaying, do not get to close you can move you vehicle a little to check coverage. Three pick one wheel and start with that one and count one two three and four. Stay in that pattern. Take your time. The look is wonderful. I found the experience easy. Worth every penny.

The product looks great when you put it on your rims. However, it peels off when you go through a car wash. They should state this in the details. Hand wash only is what should be stated.I’m not happy with them leaving this out. It’s misleading.

This kit and accompanying Hyperdip tutorial video made this whole process super easy. I only used 4 cans to apply 4 tack coats and 6 wet coats to these 15-inch wheels. Looks way better than the standard Plastidip I had on it before.

Followed all instructions. Took longer to apply than paint, and finish is extremely fragile/delicate. Once the finish is rubbed hard by anything (car washing cloth, for example, it bubbles and peels, and to fix you need to peel the whole finish and reapply which is a multi-hour process). Save your time and money and paint instead.

The kit came as expected, even included nice microfiber towels needed. I am picky and this is a pretty nice car. After going through instructions and preparations it applied very well. I am personally very disappointed with the “Piano Black” gloss that really turned out to just be a ‘satin flat’ finish. I thought the Illinois summer morning may have been a little too warm and a little too humid and made it flat. But… I had bought an extra can of product just for good measure and actually went back over one of the wheels on a cooler & dryer day in the garage but the finish still did not gloss up at all. Next time I would buy another product brand with a glossifier. Luckily, this is my wife’s car and she loves the look so hopefully it lasts until I need new tires. Then i will just get the wheels properly and professionally powder coat painted in high gloss black. Overall I’d rate the product experience better but it’s a 3 due to being no gloss as advertised. I really wanted gloss and paid more for this product that supposedly didn’t require a glossifer application. I would give this product a 1 but at least it is a consistent texture and wifey is happy.
