At first, this seems like a great idea. I was excited to get it so that I could put my umbrella in it or any other items, but it is not as practical and convenient as it seems.The pictures show this with the chair slid all the way back. That probably not how most people sit in the car, especially if you have kids in the back in their car seats, or others sitting in the back. Once you pull the seat forward to a normal position, it's almost impossible to fit your hand in the container and pull anything out. You have to constantly pull the seat back and forth to get things in and out of it.The container is very small. If you have any objects that will poke out the top, then they will get stuck to the bottom of your seat and that could cause problems when you pull your seat back and forth.Lastly, an umbrella doesn't even fit! At least not an average sized umbrella. You need a very miniature umbrella, maybe made for little kids to get it to fit.There really is very little you can put into these containers, they're hard to get in and out, and not really practical. Also, if you have the all weather floor mats, they also slightly get in the way because of the edging.
