Had one before. Makes cutting mango up a breeze, especially if cutting a lot. Very little waste. Love to make Mango Salsa,this helps if you cut a lot of Mangoes. Little tip - cut a small piece off the widest end of the Mango to make a flat surface, then push down and presto, pit is gone

I love mangoes but I hate cutting them or peeling them. This slicer works great and is easy to clean. With one motion you can slice open the mango, making it easy to cut up and prepare it for eating.

It really does make cutting a mango way easier and safer, so I think it’s totally worth it. Doesn’t remove the mango skin very well though so I still just do that manually. Also one side is sharper than the other side so I always have to get it started by cutting through the skin on one side then I turn it around to cut through the skin on the other side. Once I get through the mango skin it slides right through the mango fruit like butter.
