Attractive, easy to use, lots of settings. Bread toasted more evenly than my old toaster. There was a kind of chemically smell when I used it the first time but this went away the next time. This was one of the top picks from NYTimes Wire-cutter. A no brainer buy if you need a new toaster.

Looks nice works ok but when you press the bagel button it still toasts on both sides. Regular toasting is not even on both sides either, but it does the job of toasting.

El producto esta bien y funciona bien, lo deficiente es la forma de entregaNo hablaron, no tocaron la puerta , solo dejaron la caja en la cochera en la madrugada , al siguiente dia cuando sali a trabajar me di cuenta.Muy mal el servicio de entrega
