Used to transfer image outline on inkjet print to watercolor paper by rubbing stick on the backside making homemade transfer paper.Seems much harder than 8B, though.

Update: I was able to get it to blend with a tissue, and all the force my arm is able to produce. The original lines are still visible.In the top right of the photo, you can see the straight scribble lines that will not blend.The rest of the page was done /very/ lightly, in circles. You can see the circular 'lines' remain.==============================================================================I am no expert. Let's get that out of the way.I need something that's like pencil lead - you can lay it down, and rub it out into smoothness.Tried charcoal - that was /not/ it.This is my second try.This thing stinks. Literally smells. Like a stinkbug, or clothes that have been in an unvarnished dresser for a long time. Maybe it's just me, idk.The marks this makes will - NOT - blend out. My finger turns black, but the marks - hard ones, very soft ones, no matter what kind - will not blend out. If I press as hard as I can, it will smear some, but nowhere near what I need it to do, and the original mar somehow remains. Weird.I'd give it zero stars, but I'm ignorant, so idk if it's meant to be like this or not.
