I bought this to use for my homemade breads and rolls. Made two French baguettes in these and they turned out greatVery reasonable price and good quality.

This perforated baguette pan is great! It took a while to arrive, but since it came in last week I've already baked 3 batches of 3 loaves each in it. All the loaves have baked beautifully and released from the pan easily, the perforations allow the loaves to get a nice crunchy deep crust all over with a soft interior crumb.Clean up is quick and simple -- I let the pan cool completely, then hand wash with mild dish soap and a non-scratch sponge, and allow to air dry.Perfect for a home baker making a small batch of crusty baguettes or softer french country loaves just for family and friends.Not sure how sturdy it will turn out to be over the years, but with proper care I expect it to last quite a long time. I have other Chefmade baking pans and all have been durable and good quality over many years. So I expect this perforated baguette pan will perform just as well.

I love making breads and am new to making baguettes. This was the perfect pan for me. I have one, but it only makes 2 baguettes at a time, making the job time-consuming. Now I can make 5 at one time. I even got a thumbs up from my daughter in law, who is married to a Frenchman and lives in France about how good they looked. Great pans, good price, and less time in the kitchen. What's not to like? Great buy.
