I cannot tell you how much I appreciated this brace.My big beautiful German Shepherd was suffering in the hips and it was getting worse, he was 13 years old and unfortunately, he has now gone on to heaven. This brace was a blessing the last few weeks of his life. It allowed me to hold the handle near his hips to help him whenever he could not help himself. I would tighten the strap along the back when he was up and walking, and I would loosen it greatly when he wanted to lay down otherwise it seemed to hurt him. The hip handle I used many times to help him. This brace is high-quality, it did not bother him to wear it, and it was easy to fit him for it. The Velcro areas seem to be very high-quality and he was a very furry shedding puppy dog of 109 pounds. This did not seem to affect the Velcro fasteners at all. I never had trouble with the Velcro, trying to come undone on its own. Trooper wore an extra large brace.It did not take too long to receive it, which I was grateful for as I needed it as soon as I could get it. If you have a dog suffering in the hips, I would highly recommend this product.

Easy to get on and off. Nice breathable fabric. Appears to help our shepherd keep from crossing his hind legs over each other. Love the helpful lift for his hind end also. An XL fit him well with adjustments used. One of the more affordable supports out there as in reality our dog may not be able to use this for very long.

I was hoping this would be helpful to my 50 pound Aussie with hip arthritis but the rear portion is very heavy and was too much weight for him to stand in, let alone walk in. The front harness could not be adjusted to fit his neck and back, no matter how the straps were reconfigured. The solid chest and back pieces were too small/short for his chest and back. The neoprene chest piece bunched up and would not stay centered. Strap-wise he would swim in a larger size. Returning this item today.

Good 👍 Very handy for the pets in need . My pet is getting old n it’s hard on his back legs n this is perfect. I really liked it . It also had cushions inside .

Looked well made and easy to fit to my pup. It functioned well to help us support her walking with the weakness in her back legs. She seemed to be comfortable wearing it.
