I bought this after I had top surgery as the ACE bandage they gave me wouldn't stay snug and slid down all the time. It's easy to get on and fits well. It has good compression. I bought some lipo foam to put underneath which makes it more comfortable and adds additional, even compression. According to the sizing chart I was between a medium and a large. I went with the medium and it ended up fitting perfectly.

The vest is far smaller than what the measurements showed. Waste of money.. If you do buy make sure you size up.

I had a double mastectomy and needed a compression top after getting clearance to stop wearing my post op binder. I tried a number of other tops, but this compression vest was the most comfortable by far. The clasps hold well and were easy to join together. It was comfortable to move in and not restricting whatsoever. It helped me feel secure as I got back to regular activities. I'd highly recommend this binder for anyone looking for a post op binder for surgery.

Todo bien, lo único que le faltaría es poder abrirse de los hombros, pero se resuelve con ayuda al ponérselo mientras no haya mucha movilidad. Yo uso talla L y XL, la tlala G quedó bien, se estira lo suficiente.

I am 5'8", about 230 lbs, recovering from chest reduction surgery, complete double mastectomy. My surgeon told me to wear a "chest compression vest" of some type, 24/7 for several weeks, with an undershirt on beneath. Most of the vests on Amazon are way too long, meant for the sauna, not adjustable because of zipper front, and have steel boning in the back. No WAY I can sleep comfortably with those!This hook-and-eye front closure vest works PERFECTLY for me, gives me the independence and freedom to undo and redo and adjust the compression level to what I need day-by-day. It fits true to size - my measurements put me right between size L and XL, so I bought both. I wear the L during the day, and XL at night for a bit more breathability.The shorter length is exactly what I needed, being somewhat chubby - all the other vests assume the body is perfectly cylindrical. The fabric is very stretchy and breathable, with no heavy elastic band around the bottom. This vest still rolls up in the back for me, and if I slouch a lot, the bottom inch or two will flip up, but it is simple and painless to readjust when that happens. I recommend the addition of an hook-and-eye extender strip with the matching number of eyelets.After a solid week, I am totally happy with this purchase! I'm going to buy 2 more so I can have one in the wash while wearing the other. After I have healed, I plan to donate all of these vests to a LGBTQ program to help trans men.I truly think this will work great for post-surgery compression and I hope this product is available for a long time to come - it can help so many people like me!
