First item didnt work well. Seller responded quickly with replacement. The new one working well so far. I wish they offered a second battery. The battery life isnt long a having a second battery would have got me through a long cold baseball tournament. Jacket is well made and comfortable.

Very warm, I can switch modes to have heat in needed parts, good quality and fits good for my size, not heavy, comfortable to wear, battery lasts for a long time

I cannot put on jackets anymore. This helped me stay warm all winter with just a shawl. Even when our truck had no heat. I bought extra chargers and keep one or two in the pockets for backup.
