Original Review: I originally ordered these Bruno Marc shoes on October 14, 2024. However, I have only been wearing them off and on for about the last couple of months. These are good looking shoes. First impressions? Best, most comfortable slip on shoes I have worn to date (and I have many). Lightweight and stylish. The sizes are true. I especially liked the idea that they look like they have laces. Definitely have five star potential.Unfortunately, the "laces" on the shoe shown on the left have either come loose somehow or the elastic appears to be stretching out of shape? The shoe on the right is fine. Maybe this is a one off? I can't say. The shoe fits less each time I wear it. I have not reached out to the seller at this time. Unfortunately, I am past the return period. If not, I would return these and give them another try.UPDATE: Five Star Customer Service from Bruno Marc! Even though we were outside of the return date for our shoes, Bruno Marc customer service reached out to us quickly after our disappointed review posted regarding a small factory manufacturing issue. They went way beyond our expectations in completely satisfying our issue. I can and will continue to recommend their brand and their shoes. Thank You again Bruno Marc! FIVE STARS ALL AROUND this time.

Very nice and comfortable shoe. I love being able to just slip them on.

I have been wearing them for about a month now. I only wear them in the house. I need to wear comfortable shoes (not slippers) in the house because I am type 2 diabetic and have sensitive feet. I walk a minimum of 7000 steps a day and these shoes are very comfortable and keep my feet safe. I love them and am going to buy another pair for outside.

I ordered this product because:a) I wanted a hands-free slip-on shoe for use going in and out of the house and around the yard or neighbourhoodb) it was NOT a wide fit like the very well-known (and more expensive) brand that makes hands-free slip-on casual shoes.I'm keeping this shoe because:a) the hands-free slip-on feature works as advertisedb) the width of shoe is average (not narrow but not wide ... I have narrow feet)c) quality and styling is adequate for the price.What I wish was different or better:a) stiffer sole (it's soft and comfortable but doesn't feel like it will hold-out over time)b) the sole colour not be white (since it will get dirty) as I bought the navy colour of shoe and wish the sole was the same colour. But this is personal choice, not a knock against the shoe design overall.
