I have to be honest, I wasn't really expecting anything from this. May its the power of suggestion, but I swear even on the first night of using this I slept better. I've noticed that my wife doesn't wake up as much as she used to, which could be the reason why Im sleeping more through the night, so even if its only working for one of us, its helping us both! Again, maybe its a placebo but I do feel as though I have sleeping more through the night and less tired the following day. Its a good, soft, cotton material. I am rather surprised that it hasn't come untucked from the sides of the bed at all yet. We placed ours on top of the bottom sheet about 2/3 the way down the bed so we can have direct skin contact on our legs, since sometimes we sleep with shirts. I recommend giving this a try.

Love the grounding sheet and the size was perfect. Placed at top of our bed to be under us at shoulders. Sleep has improved, anxiety improved, thankful we found this product!!Definitely worth the buy!!!Price was perfect as well!!

So far works well. Been a couple of weeks. Fits the bed wellWill shift a little if you don’t tuck the edges like regular linen. But sleep quality and go to sleep faster.

Gamechanger! Overall improvement in sleep. As a person that struggles with lower back pain with sciatica flare ups, I've noticed a remarkable difference. Before using the ground sheet I would require stretching before bed and laying on an acupressure mat to provide relief. Now I can go to bed without stretching or anything and my back isn't in crazy pain when I wake up I'm not having to stretch to just to function. I have tested the sheet with the took it comes with after washing several times and all good. I wanted to see how this worked before getting a potential fitted grounding sheet for the bed. My dog gravitates to this mat as well. Would recommend and will be buying another one for traveling.

I suffer from neurophy in my feet and recently had foot surgery, so I figured any help I could get sleeping would be a plus. At first, i was struggling, but after a couple of weeks, my sleep improved. I still get up a couple of times during the night, but I immediately go back into a deep sleep. My husband also reports that he is sleeping more soundly. I read all the reviews and was skeptical, but it actually does work. The only downside is that you have to make sure it stays tucked in, sometimes it gets a little loose, but it is plenty big for my queen sized bed. I do recommend this product.
