Great size and quality, I have walked barefoot for about a year and this feels very similar! I’ve noticed my sleep has gotten better and more consistent (not waking up as much) since I’ve started using this product. My mood is more stable and my joint pain has gone down as well. It could be placebo but either way I love it! Its very light weight and reliable.

I’ve been using this grounding sheet for about 10 nights now, and it’s honestly been way more helpful than I expected. I mostly got it because I’ve been having trouble sleeping, and I heard grounding can help with that. Setting it up was pretty simple. It comes with a tester pen to check if everything’s working properly. I really like how the sheet has two snap connectors (you can use either one) and a long wire that makes it easy to connect to a distant outlet. It fits my king-size bed perfectly, and it’s made of cotton, which is a big plus.After using it for a few nights, I’ve definitely noticed an improvement. I’m sleeping better, I’m not waking up as tired, and I’ve been feeling less anxious during the day. Also, the back pain I usually get from sitting too much has been way less, which is a nice bonus. I wasn’t sure if this was going to help, but I can actually feel a difference.Overall, if you’re dealing with sleep issues or just want to feel better, I’d definitely recommend giving this sheet a try.

I am always skeptical about claimed benefits, but I heard good things about the product so I purchased this product for me and my wife who has trouble sleeping at night. I also struggle with inflamed knees and really all of my body. After the first night of sleeping on this, I noticed a weird deep sleep, kinda scary. Obviously kept using the product and so far both my wife and I sleep like much better and I feel like I wake up with not tired like before. It is easy to use just slips right onto your mattress. I can tell a difference each morning. I wake up feeling better. It is comfortable. You don’t sweat. Great buy wish I would have bought sooner.It didn't solve all my problems... but I am sleeping deeper and longer. My dreams are deep and intense. I don't know what that means, but it’s true. It's definitely doing something.

Easy set up. Have felt calmer and more restful sleep. Good quality. It’s also nice to have the testing tool to be sure it was set up correctly. Have recommended to all my family members.
