Good pad. I'm glad it comes with two of them. It is not an exact for my BDEQS300. It wasn't advertised as such but I managed to poke enough holes in it so it kinda matches up. They are nice and thick so getting the quarter sheet to stretch far enough so that both sides are clamped down enough requires finesse.

Melted in the corners. Just bought this replacement pad. The original one was fabric. This one is foam.Update: turns out my sandpaper had a plastic backing which stuck to the pad when it got hot.

It works, but had to be adapted. The holes for where the screws are is off. I had to trim away some of it to fit the actual location of the screws. Otherwise, it is fine.

Perfect fit and at great savings. I picked up 2 pads here for less than half the 'official web site' price for a single one. No worries about 'does it match as all the holes matched up and my sander is good as new. Some commentators have complained that it's hard to get the sandpaper on. It's just like when the sander was brand new. As the pads aged, they shrunk, and we got used to the 'extra' slack in the paper and now we need to pay attention again for a while.Install had no surprises. Removed the 4 screws, then used a putty knife to scrape the old pad off. I used a bit of lacquer cleaner on an old cloth for final surface prep to ensure good adhesion then pealed the paper off and stuck it on. You will want to take care and pre-allign the pad as it is not quite square and once it's stuck on, it's on there. Make sure it's centered up because you're gonna be tight with putting on new paper for a while until these pads 'wear in'..
