This lock gives me peace of mind while I’m busy at home, knowing my toddler can’t open doors and wander off. It’s been a lifesaver! Installation was super easy with no tools required, and the 3M adhesive holds it securely in place. The lock is sturdy yet easy for adults to unlock. Ive ordered these twice now. They are very efficient and sturdy. They stick to the door and have never had an issue with them falling off. It’s the best baby door stopper. Some are hard to use but this is super easy and keeps the kids from opening the door.

Product came with the adhesive part torn off. The other piece was stuck to the packaging. Horrible condition.

We purchased these to keep our Houdini dog from getting outside, in my room, or in the pantry. So far they have worked well. We have to lift the handle up to use the door so that took some getting used to. The part that sticks to the door is a bit bulky but sticks well. Overall this has solved our problem without having to replace the door knobs.

My cat is too smart for his own good as he has mastered closed doors of all types much to our dismay and can get in and out of rooms whenever he wants if they do not lock, and I fear it is only a matter of time before the orange menace/mastermind figures out the built in door locks too. This however has proven to be 100 percent 15lb pounds of "what do you mean I'm not allowed out of the bedroom" orange tabby proof thanks to his lack of opposable thumbs. I'm sure if it can keep him where I put him it will contain your preschoolers as well as most will not have the manual dexterity and hand strength needed to manipulate these either thanks to inferior thumbs. They are easy enough however for my arthritic hands to still get open in the dark at night on the bathroom door. Easy to install and thanks to it being adhesive completely renter friendly and being a 2 pack, you can't beat the price.
