[I received this product for free, in exchange for an honest review, as part of the Amazon Vine programme. That being said, this review is NOT swayed by that, and (as always) contains only my real thoughts on the product; good and bad.]I requested the ‘Twist Waist Disc Board’ Ab twisting board, to help get a bit more in shape for summer. It is easy to use, portable, the base grips smooth floors, it doesn’t make too much noise and it doesn’t take up a lot of space. The digital counter tracks your twists and it is fun to use!The plate turns really smoothly, you might need to hang onto the back of a chair until you get the hang of it, or risk doing 360 degrees! It is fun and I enjoy watching the counter go up. If you do have large feet, they wouldn’t necessarily fit on the massage pads. I have attached a photo on my size six foot and it covers the purple footprint. The ‘massage function’ actually helps you to not slip off the board.I have to say, in the spirit of an honest review, that the finish isn’t great. The black around the digital display is literally a sticker that does not line up. There are no instructions in English, there is however, some writing on the box in Chinese? (see photo). The twister board and how to use it, is fairly self explanatory.It doesn’t have an on/off button, but it does turn off eventually when it is inactive. The battery fits in the compartment (purple dot) at the side of the digital display.This is fun, easy to store, portable but slightly overpriced (£21.09 at the time of this review), lacking dimensions on the description, and instructions in English. Because of that I give it 3.5 stars.

This is good fun to use, but I don't think it's that sturdy and certainly wouldn't suggest a larger person use it. The counter seems to work well, but there were no instructions at all in English either on or in the box - luckily we were able to look at the listing.A nifty little way to get moving, not much space required and it's very lightweight and slimline so could easily go away in a drawer when not in use. Looking at other reviews the price has come down, and is currently £23.99 which feels OK.
