Dress was great for but the belt was too small. Need a different belt for the dress

I bought this dress for nursing as it is button down. You do need a cami under it as the top is quite sheer, but I was able to find nursing campus. It fits really well and is comfortable while looking classy. It's not super cheap, but you get the quality you pay for. It washes well and doesn't wear or fade after multiple washes.

I can't say enough good things about this dress, it's gorgeous! I love that it has a collar and the buttons are real, so you can adjust, as needed. There is a slip under the dress, so you don't have to worry about showing anything you don't want to. The skirt features beautiful pleating that hangs perfectly. I'm 5ft and about 120 lbs. I generally wear a size S, that's what I ordered and it fits great. The sleeves, I do have to roll up but that's to be expected with nearly everything I buy and is an easy fix. There is a button closure at the wrist, which helps. I ordered in Navy Blue and it is exactly as shown, a true Navy color. I love that this comes with a cute belt that you can take off. I've worn that belt with this dress, as well as other pants/outfits. I'd say this dress is a great deal and high quality, too! It has held up through many washes. I've opted to put this in a garment bag when I wash it and have hung to dry. That's worked perfectly! Would highly recommend this dress to anyone.

The dress is lovely but the description clearly stated that the belt would be included and yet it was not. I'm disappointed.

Pros:1. Fits my figure perfectly: 5'3, 53kg, the waisline sits right at my waist, the length hits right at my calf like a maxi.2. Material is soft, colour is subtle, the only too colour I would have chosen are this one and the light blue one.3. The overall look is elegant and feminine.Cons:1. The collar is too small, which makes it looks cheap and opposing to trends. Because it's small, its hard to get the wrinkles out. The material makes the collar looks floppy not crisp, can't hold its shape very well.2. The shoulders could be better if have two thin shoulder pads.3. The belt is of low quality, for this reason I have purchase a beige genuine leather belt, make sure it's a skinny one, that brings #44. The loops on both sides for wearing the belt are just made of some strings.5. The stitching should be better at this price range ($80 CAD), I've bought $40 dress had better stitching job. I have to take out my small scissors to cut all the extra threads that sticking out.Conclusion:To keep or to return, that is a question. I'm still debating on it.

Yo pedí una talla más por mi busto, solo se abria y se votaban los botones, pero le coloque seguros de brasiere entre los espacios y quedó excelente, se ve hermoso !!
