OMG I never knew these even existed but so glad to find them. Our recliner was only a couple of years old and the pull cable almost snapped. Was going to look for a furniture repair guy and came across a You Tube video which showed just how easy it is to replace the cable. I ordered the 3 pack from Amazon and hubby had the old cable off and replaced within minutes. I can’t comment on the durability yet as it was just replaced but I can say our recliner is back to new condition. So glad I found them on Amazon and having a couple spare cables if needed in the future is another bonus!

I am sure this is a good value product, however it does not fit my application, as it is mot long enough on the free (hook) end for my recliner mechanism.

When our recliner cables broke, my first thought was oh no, we're going to have to replace these chairs. But then I found these and they were perfect! Very easy to install and much cheaper than the alternative of buying new chairs. And the three-pack is a great deal, so now we have one left over if we should ever need it.

This replacement cable takes just minutes to install and works effortlessly. A real value, especially considering the cost to have someone come out and do the work. Unfortunately these cables do wear out and having extra back-ups make this a great value.
