Picked these up for their intended (only realistic) use. They don't compare well to other dice. While the large size lends itself to the print being readable, it flakes off pretty easily and already is a little scratched out of the package, especially the loyalty 'copper foil' printing. The included bag is nice but won't provide protection from the other dice rumbling around in there. These aren't competitive and need a pretty thorough redesign/production changes.

These are amazing dice. One set contains 12 sided keywords and one set contains 12-sided loyalty counters.Prior to these, I had been using a set of 6 sided dice for the same purpose, but with only 6 sides, half the keywords were on one die and the other half on another. Same with loyalty (1 - 6 on one die and 7 - 12 on another). Obviously, the advantage here is that the 12 sided versions mean less fumbling to find which die I need for any given keyword.The colors are good here and the text is very readable, even in the low light shop we play in weekly.Highly recommend these dice. Great product!!

Sometimes, when playing Commander, you give all your zombies deathtouch, or end up with a bunch of counters and want a quick and clear way to establish that. I will forget unless it is in my face, and I know I am not the only player than can forget the gifts my maintenance zombies give to their friends. These dice are nice and clear, I didn't really notice any difficulties reading them, granted if you are at a big table during a big game it could be hard for other players to see, but these act as awesome elevated reminder text and it is easy enough to ask what the dice say rather than trying to remember what player has what key word active at any given moment.

Nice addition to have, especially if using whatever card as a token. Helps hi-lite the key abilities important cards and tokens. They are bigger than normal size dice. Every player likes to have different accessory and this is one that helps see the abilities and loyalty corner too. I am glad to have gotten them since they sees are getting older and harder for me to zone in on the key abilities. If it is something that helps you better worth getting.

These dice are great. They were a bit larger than I thought they'd be, but they're not too big. Honestly, I'm not a MtG player, but do play a lot of different board games, and therefore I have more use for the dice that display shields on them, because I can use these to track various information in a more eye-catching way. I love the dice and think any gamer that loves adventure games could find ways to use these, too...and of course if you play MtG, you would likely get a lot of good use out of all of these dice.
