We managed to make it almost 20 years with the original rollers in our 2004 Odyssey. The repair was quite straightforward (there are several YouTube videos on the procedure).ONE TIP: the mounting holes are just large enough to allow for a little adjustment. The first side we did worked perfectly, but the second side seemed to bind with a gentle "clunk" before fully closing, causing the door to automatically reopen. Observation at the rear of the door while closing showed that the door itself was a little low, hitting the U-shaped striker. Loosening the roller mounting bolts, lifting the door up a little, and retightening the bolts gave perfect alignment the second time. Both sides now operate equally smoothly!

I was able to install it and it seems to work fine. Comparing with OEM one it is noticeable that the metal is thinner and cable mounting hole cutouts are a bit different but that is not causing any problems in my experience. The OEM ones lasted 21 year on my van so even if these ones will last one third I would be happy since this van won't live another 21 for sure
