So far, so good. Works great. Smooth PTZ operation. Clear inage quality. Remote works with our other camera (AVKANS 4K) as well, I had a question about the POE capability and they got back to me very quickly, on WhatsApp. Very pleased with the FoMaKo people, very helpful, very courteous. They made me feel like my purchase was important to them. We'll mostly make FoMaKo our next camera choice as well, as we expand our system.

I got this camera to use with my growing twitch channel so this is being used connected directly to my computer over USB 3.0 and is connected to OBS software for streaming. We do dancing on the stream and so it is nice to be able to have a camera with AI follow us around as we show different dance moves and demonstrate techniques. We occasionally need to zoom in to show something more close up and this does a really good job. 20X optical zoom is crazy good! I can see how this would be really good for events and conferences as this could be setup in the back and still get a really nice clear shot of the speaker at the front of the room. It is great to know that if we ever decide to do a live event we would have the equipment to capture it well.What I like about this cam is the outstanding quality of the video. I must also mention the incredible optical zoom ability. The build quality is really top notch and provides you with many ways of controlling it as well as outputting video. I like that it comes with its own mount as this makes it easy to get it setup and rolling. POE is really nice even though I am not using it, it could come in handy down the line. Another great feature is the ONVIF support. I have a security system based on ONVIF cams and knowing that I could add this one to the mix is great.Overall, this is a full featured cam with incredible video and zoom quality that really does a great job at following the subject with its AI abilities. Auto-focus does a great job at keeping everything clear and sharp. I would recommend this to anyone looking for this type of camera.

Für den satten Preis von über 500 € erhält man hier ein System, um eine Veranstaltung zu streamen mit einem extrem hohen Zoomfaktor einem super Bild und die Möglichkeit, sich bewegende Personen nach zu verfolgen.Schon bei der Lieferung erkennt man an dem aufwändig verarbeiteten Karton, dass hier etwas hochwertiges geliefert wird.Bereits beim auspacken stand man dann über die riesige Kamera in absoluter top Qualität.Alles ist sehr sauber verarbeitet, und das komplette Montagematerial liegt dem Karton bei.Allerdings schluckt man dann schon mal, wenn man erkennt, dass man bei einem 500 € teuren Produkt an den Batterien für die Fernbedienung gespart hat.Die Anleitung in Englisch ist relativ klein geschrieben, hilft jedoch bei der Einrichtung.Das zweite, was extrem negativ auffällt, die Kamera wird über einen internen Web Server konfiguriert.Man hat es nicht einmal für nötig gehalten, ein billiges und einfaches Netzwerkkabel der Verpackung beizulegen. In der Anleitung ist die Internetadresse angegeben, mit der man das Gerät ansprechen kann. Dies funktioniert überhaupt nicht.Die Anleitung gibt es einen Hinweis, dass es ein kleines Programm gibt, dass man sich von der Hersteller Seite laden kann, um die Kamera im Netzwerk aufzufinden.Hier kommt das nächste Ärgernis, diese Software läuft ausschließlich unter Windows. Wir haben bei uns ausschließlich Mac Rechner und können so diese Software überhaupt nicht verwenden.Also bleibt nichts anderes übrig, als über das Netzwerk Menü der FRITZ!Box die Kamera irgendwo aufzufinden und anzusprechen.So wurde dann auch zumindest die über DHCP vergebene Adresse gefunden und die Kamera konnte gestartet werden.Über den Web Server wird die Kamera komplett konfiguriert. Ebenso gibt es ein Live Bild und die Möglichkeit, die Kamera in alle Drehrichtungen zu bewegen. Das Bild ist extrem gut und scharf bei ausreichende Licht.Mit der Fernbedienung kann ebenso die Kamerafahrt durchgeführt werden. Auch die zu Funktion erfolgt über die Tasten der Fernbedienung. Im Lieferumfang befindet sich lediglich ein USB Kabel um die Webcam Funktion auszunutzen. Diese funktioniert jedoch auch nicht mit einem Mac Rechner.Alles in allem war eine top Qualität im Aufbau der Kamera, jedoch zu viele negative Kritikpunkte, um hier volle fünf Sterne zu geben.
